Blown glass necklaces

The blown glass necklaces are made using an ancient processing technique, the blowing. Blowing in a long barrel (the blow pipe) the craftsman inflates a lump of hot and fluid glass. During the expansion of the glass the craftsman shapes the material into the desired shape before it tends to solidify.
The beads of our blown glass necklaces line are produced in Murano and some of these were created around the 1950s.
